Responsibilities

Support Project Managers through review of plans, specifications, RFPs, contracts, and change events
Lead field validation of telecom design; identify conflicts and coordinate resolution
Maintain redlines, submittal packages, test reports, RFIs, and closeout documentation
Ensure adherence to safety programs, QA/QC standards, and customer expectations
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams on build progress
Track project performance through reporting, dashboards, and documentation
Strong ability to communicate, organize, problem solve, and adapt in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and similar platforms

Required

Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the construction industry in a similar role. Experience with large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred
