Responsibilities
Plan new product launches including forecasting, sales collateral, equipment evaluation requirements, pricing guidelines, and product training
Partner with sales and marketing on Plans of Action (POAs) and new product launches
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Accounts (KAs)
Gather customer feedback through Voice of the Customer (VOC)
Collaboration with the commercial team to enhance product penetration and utilization
Identify opportunities and strategies within assigned procedural areas
Communicate changes, pricing, and sales tools
Drive short and long-term product planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find data-driven solutions
Support new product development and testing
Work with senior management on market penetration plans and annual budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related business or technical degree
5+ years of relevant marketing or product management experience including market research and brand establishment
Experience establishing executive Plans of Action (POAs) and NPL
Experience building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLS) and Key Accounts
Experience planning new product launches
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%)
Preferred
Experience launching capital equipment service offerings
Experience within the Life Sciences industry
Related experience utilizing AI, machine learning
