Responsibilities
Program, set up and operate various manual as well as CNC machining equipment including 5-axis mill
Inspect and document under ISO 9001 requirements various parts using precision inspection equipment
Be willing to learn and utilize other various fabrication equipment as well as Forklift training and operation
Utilize and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years related (DoD/USN) experience
G-Code programming knowledge
Experience operating manual as well as CNC machining equipment including 5-axis machining center
Proficient in use of inspection equipment
Able to interpret and create machined parts from detailed Drawings
Ability to work with others and add input to a team environment
Ability and willingness to work independently with little oversight or direction
Preferred
Solidworks CAD/CAM experience
HAAS CNC Lathe/Mill experience
5-Axis Machining Center operation experience
