Responsibilities

Update and maintain Carpenter’s Contract Management GaLexy Database

Draft and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements

Draft and manage other standard legal agreements and Terms and Conditions

Update and maintain records for various U.S. and foreign subsidiaries of Carpenter Technology

Draft resolutions for U.S. and foreign subsidiaries as needed

Assist with parent and subsidiary Board matters, including drafting resolutions and minutes

Assist in updating Company Policies and Procedures

Update and maintain Carpenter’s patent and trade secret database

Assist with maintaining patent docket portfolio, prosecution of patent applications, and payment of annuities

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the General Counsel and Company attorneys

Required
