Responsibilities

Own the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with a first-class, positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team

Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process

Manage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, making sure each is moving through in a timely manner

Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process

Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers

Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidates

Regularly analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers and periodically to the entire company

Create new requisitions in Greenhouse

Find ways to automate and improve manual processes

Assist recruiters with sourcing activities

Conduct reference checks for late stage candidates
