Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of preparing and filing nonimmigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions, and applications with government agencies and consulates, under the direction of a supervising attorney

Manage and collaborate with legal assistants in day-to-day work on cases, as assigned

Stay current on business immigration law developments

Contribute to firm’s thought leadership by researching and drafting alerts and blog posts

Participation in client trainings and activities of the section is also expected and encouraged

Required

Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts

Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities

Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
