The Account Executive will support providers in obtaining the right supplies at the right time, ensuring a seamless experience by collaborating with various stakeholders and addressing challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, guiding providers and staff through onboarding and ongoing use of Rx Redefined

Lead physician, staff, and stakeholder engagement from pre-launch through the customer lifecycle, ensuring smooth adoption and strong relationships

Travel as needed (up to 50%+ at peak times) to customer sites to provide training, resolve challenges, and support account success

Address escalations with urgency and care, always prioritizing a positive experience for both providers and patients

Monitor account performance and adoption trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes

Develop and execute strategies that strengthen account health and long-term success

Act as a subject matter resource on Rx Redefined’s platform, care model, and regulatory considerations

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and support customer needs
