Legal Recruitment Assistant

Responsibilities

Work closely with Lateral Recruitment team on all aspects of lateral associate and counsel hiring, including responding to resume submissions, creating candidate files, maintaining profiles in the recruiting database, scheduling interviews and arranging logistics in connection with interviews, interfacing with candidates and attorneys at the firm, and processing invoices and reimbursements
Assist with aspects of immigration/visa processing for existing and incoming attorneys
Provide support during the summer associate program and on-campus recruitment season as needed and assigned
Perform other related tasks and provide general departmental support as needed and assigned

Bachelor’s degreeLegal recruitment experienceOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeamwork skills

Required

Bachelor's degree
1-2 years related work experience and/or internship, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Availability to work overtime on certain occasions is necessary
Must be able to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and with a wide range of professionals at all levels
Must possess strong written, organizational, and communication skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately
