Granite Telecommunications is seeking a Channel Sales Associate to work closely with Regional Channel Managers in identifying and prospecting new agent opportunities. The role involves establishing agent relationships, assisting with onboarding, and facilitating communication with telecom services distributors to support new agent partnerships.

Responsibilities

Initiate outreach to telecom services distributors to introduce Granite’s offerings and capabilities, setting the stage for potential partnerships

Collaborate with Granite Channel Managers to schedule follow-up meetings and further establish agent partner relationships with distributors

Assist in the creation and management of agent IDs for new representatives

Oversee the new agent partner onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and introduction to Granite's support team and resources

Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling and other outreach methods, demonstrating a strong work ethic and persistence

Maintain clear, open communication with both internal teams and external partners to ensure all aspects of the onboarding process are completed in a timely manner

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is required
