Responsibilities

Lead all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects for streaming clients, including proposal, research design, data analysis, and storytelling
Translate research data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations through visual, creative and story-driven reports
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business and industry issues, advising on how to manage research insights programs to inform communications and strategies aligned to their objectives
Identify opportunities and contribute to initiatives to grow the Streaming platform practice, including active participation in new business pitches, and proposal development
Develop, maintain, and deepen strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met through our research offerings
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the streaming platform space and incorporate this knowledge into the development of new research solutions

Required

7+ years' experience working in consumer research, or in an analyst/strategy role at a media/technology company (ideally some combination thereof, but supplier side experience is a must)
B.A./B.S. degree in areas such as Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or a related field
An enthusiasm for research, data driven approaches, and strategic thinking
Experience in handling complex client issues, providing well-informed strategic counsel, at times under tight time
Expert-level understanding and experience with a range of complex qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Proven experience nurturing and building relationships with clients, confidently providing strategic guidance to them
Excited about proactively driving new business opportunities
Well-developed research acumen and can lead and develop a team
Genuinely interested in seeking information on the 'whys'
Expert at navigating data sets and extracting insights
Strong writing skills where you can craft a story around data insights and clearly communicate key points in a succinct, impactful manner
Experience with statistical significance testing, correlation analysis, multivariate analysis techniques (such as cluster/segmentation analysis) and conjoint and discrete choice analysis
Internally-motivated who continuously strives to get things done well, regardless of challenges encountered
Successfully manages time and multiple competing priorities to ensure deadlines are always met
Errors don't get past you and you are always focused on ensuring high levels of quality control and reporting
Team player who is able to work collaboratively and harmoniously within a team and across teams
