Responsibilities

Partner closely with Growth leadership to shape data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability

Build classification, heuristic, or scoring models that help prioritize creatives, offers, or audiences for acquisition and retention

Lead delivery of lightweight AI agents & scoring services from conception to production

Develop and maintain robust marketing data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and scalability to support various business needs

Work closely with our CRM team & tech partners to ensure the availability, quality, and accessibility of data required for email eventing and analytics

Automate channel ops (naming conventions, bulk formatting, asset metadata, audit checks) with scripts/jobs

Stand up monitors and add observability (freshness, volume, null rates, join keys) for Growth eventing/data pipelines and document handoffs for non‑technical users

Required

5+ years in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science with a track record of shipping production-grade data systems for marketing or CRM

Expert-level SQL skills

Knowledge of Python and associated analytics libraries (Pandas, etc.)

Experience with dbt (or equivalent), Git, and an orchestrator (Airflow/Prefect)

Strong problem solving skills, analytical aptitude, and numerical dexterity

Demonstrated track record of project ownership

Preferred

Healthcare/regulated environment experience and consent-aware data flows; familiarity with privacy-safe attribution concepts

Experience with CDPs like Segment

Practical ML/AI skills (NLP/CV classification, LLM prompting/guardrails)

Experience with product event/attribute tracking design and implementation processes — partnering with product and engineering personnel

Clear communication and a system-builder mindset; comfortable scoping ambiguous problems into iterative roadmaps
