As a Sales Associate, you will help Pet Parents find the right nutrition and solutions for their pets while being part of a passionate team of Pet Experts.

Responsibilities
Serving customers - both at the till and in regards to product and pet concerns
Providing product carry ups & carry outs
Answering phone calls
Cleaning (sweeping, dusting, tidying, sterilizing self-serve dog wash)
Unloading deliveries
Stocking shelves
Looking after the store pet/in store adoptable pets
Re-merchandising where appropriate
Day to day functions of the store
Supporting other duties and requests made by management
Qualification
Required
Available typical retail business hours, including evenings and weekends - including holidays if required
Pet knowledge is mandatory
You MUST have great people skills
Be able to lift 45lbs repeatedly
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Preferred
Pet experience is a huge asset
Customer service experience is an asset
