Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product design across major initiatives—from early exploration to polished, high-fidelity delivery

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, data teams, and marketing to define problems, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional user experiences

Craft high-quality designs that balance usability, visual clarity, and brand expression across mobile and web

Define and inform the user experience of critical customer journeys, ensuring they are intuitive, scalable, and delightful

Prototype and test ideas to validate assumptions and refine solutions through user feedback and data

Develop Fold’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across features and surfaces

Advocate for the user, deeply understanding their needs and behaviors to guide decision-making

Experiment with and apply emerging AI tools to accelerate prototyping, ideation, and design workflows

Required

7+ years of professional experience designing consumer-facing products for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in UX thinking, visual design, interaction design, and written communication

Proven ability to design at scale, creating reusable patterns and components that drive efficiency and consistency

Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and other XFN teams

Experience driving design strategy and contributing to product roadmaps with measurable business and customer outcomes

Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience conducting user research studies and leveraging insights to inform design decisions

Collaborative, open-minded, and eager to transform complexity into simplicity
