Representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds
Completing fund formation transactions
Handling sponsor-level transactions involving the general partner and management company entities
Managing secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of private investment fund formation experience
Experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds
Completed fund formation transactions
Experience with sponsor-level transactions (i.e., involving the general partner and management company entities)
Experience with secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests
Preferred
Worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
