Commercial Insurance Account Manager

They are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines-focused Account Manager who will build relationships, grow accounts, and take exceptional care of clients, while delivering a high-touch, personalized experience.

Responsibilities
Identify and target potential Commercial Lines prospects, understand their operational risks, and provide customized insurance solutions
Present and sell Commercial Lines products, including general liability, property, workers' compensation, BOPs, commercial auto, umbrellas, and industry-specific coverages
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on relationship-building, cross-selling, and long-term retention
Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business owners, office managers, and commercial clients
Conduct thorough coverage reviews, ensuring clients have the protection they need as their business evolves
Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and claims support with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency
Collaborate closely with the rest of the Integrity team to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to renewal
Provide support on Personal Lines accounts when needed, reinforcing our “service-first” culture across all client interactions
Qualification
Required
Texas residents only — this role is fully remote but must be performed within Texas
Active General Lines Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience in sales, account management, or both (required)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and agency management system, and CRM
A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
A sales-minded professional who is equally passionate about serving and taking care of clients
Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to Integrity Insurance Group's core values
Preferred
Experience in Personal Lines is preferred and highly valued
