Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers
Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Assist with sales inquiries and product information
Maintain customer records and update databases
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
Previous experience in customer service is required
1-2 years of remote work experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Call center: 2 years (Required)
Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Some IT/help desk experience (not required)
