Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure apps, services
Define technical architecture for complex digital products
Be technical DRI for key projects. Ensure those projects are sound technically, make strategic decisions based on technical requirements
Clear communicating with product, program, design, and other engineering teams and partners
Hire world-class engineers to up-level the overall engineering organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
Over 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
Deep expertise in software engineering principles, development best practices, and modern programming languages
Proven experience with cloud-native technologies and architectures
Strong background in systems and distributed systems design and implementation
Demonstrated technical leadership with a track record of guiding engineering teams
Proficient in Go, Rust, Erlang or Elixir, and in the use of Linux environments
Skilled in using modern development tools and CI/CD practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear technical documentation and presentations
Effective at leading and mentoring engineering teams through influence and collaboration

Preferred

MSc in computer science or related topic
Experience working with event-sourced or event-driven systems
