Responsibilities
Support Serrala clients, other team members, and project leadership with clear treasury knowledge and deliverables
Support Serrala STS projects and maximize customer satisfaction
Produce professional-level documentation to assist the project team, including industry-specific formats, standards, and applicable SAP related terminology
Support our deliverables to a client and provide direct billable services; typically, 100% of available billable time (which in normal circumstances excludes holidays and paid time off)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Ability to work with mathematical concepts associated with financial instruments
Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and public speaking skills
Preferred
0-2 years of experience in finance and/or treasury preferred
Experience with SAP Treasury is a plus
