Responsibilities

Articulating the functional and technical aspects of our offerings to new and existing clients, including pricing and modeling explanations, interactions with policy administration systems, SaaS components, product architecture, configuration/integration paths, etc. This includes providing demonstrations of our software and configuration tools where appropriate
Supporting the sales team as an expert on Guidewire’s Pricing solutions throughout the sales cycle
Partnering with other Guidewire Solution Consultants for application configuration for detailed product demonstrations (e.g: data model extensions, rules creation) and supporting solution-related conversations during these demonstrations
Responding in writing to questions and requests for information from prospects and analysts
Ability and willingness to constructively and professionally challenge prospects and customers with new approaches

Required

Pricing and modeling
Strong verbal and sales demonstration/presentation skills
Effective and competent writing skills
P&C insurance pricing systems and concepts
Integration mechanisms and patterns
Willingness to travel up to 30%

Preferred

P&C insurance operations knowledge or experience
Proficiency in Python and/or other modern programming languages
Experience with modern P&C insurance systems (ex. Earnix, Akur8)
Experience in Pre-Sales
Familiarity with AI, cloud computing and SaaS industry trends
