Responsibilities
Assisting with modeling business workflows, associated technologies, and data sources, with the goal of mapping the workflow to business capabilities
Assist in the design, assessment, enhancement, and on-going oversight of the technical solutions, technology processes, control framework, and services needed to efficiently manage the end-to-end investment technology platform
Provide input into optimizing investment related processes and identifying gaps in capability models
Oversee and coordinate with external technology service providers and internal stakeholders
Create and/or maintain procedures and controls to implement new investment technology platforms
Oversee the evolution of the business capability model, ensuring completeness and coherence of solutions
Model business and/or data architectures
Qualification

Benefits
This position is eligible for annual and long-term incentive awards.
The annual incentive opportunity is 0-60% of salary and is based on the level of achievement against several quantitative and qualitative measures.
The long-term incentive program provides an additional opportunity of 0-60% of base salary beginning after five years and when absolute total fund returns meet or exceed board-approved thresholds.
