Responsibilities

Documenting business requirements and mapping end to end diagram process flow

Following up with business requirement approval

Peer review business requirements with development team

Support business UAT testing

Manage all artifacts and store them on Microsoft project team channel

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work well independently and within a team

Preferred

Familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio or Lucid chart

Basic understanding of automation concepts and common RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

Exposure to SQL or simple data querying

Strong documentation and presentation skills

Interest in learning scripting or programming basics (e.g., Python, VB.NET)
