Responsibilities
Lead the Clinical Platform product area, spanning provider tools, care coordination and documentation workflows
Build and manage integrations with external product vendors (e.g., labs, diagnostic partners, pharmacy networks, and device data) to deliver seamless member and clinician experiences
Partner with Clinical Leadership to digitize and operationalize care pathways- covering GLP-1, cardiometabolic, behavioral health and MASH protocols
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted care, reducing clinician administrative time and increasing capacity per provider
Define and own clinical efficiency metrics (time to consult, provider utilization, member satisfaction, outcomes)
Translate clinical strategy into clear, measurable product outcomes; communicate progress to executives and clients
Build a small but high-performing team of PMs and partner cross-functionally with engineering, data and design
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
7+ years of product management experience in digital health, EHR or care delivery platforms, including 3+ years in leadership
Deep familiarity with clinical workflows and the operational realities of hybrid/virtual care delivery
Experience with vendor integrations (e.g., lab ordering and results delivery, pharmacy or external data exchange)
Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, NCQA, URAC)
Comfort working with clinicians, engineers and data scientists alike; strong cross-functional communicator
Bias toward measurable impact- how care product improvements translate into efficiency, cost and outcomes
