Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Entrata rollout
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, property operations, finance, and vendor representatives
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and Entrata representatives
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive briefings
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align application capabilities with operational needs
Oversee data migration, system configuration, integration with existing platforms, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ensure application is setup with processes to meet operational needs
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate training programs and change management initiatives for end-users
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Resolve project issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Track project KPIs and milestones
Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and project sponsor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in software implementation or property management systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Proven experience with Entrata or similar platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) is highly desirable
Familiarity with property management operations and workflows
Experience with SaaS implementations and third-party vendor coordination
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
