Responsibilities

Lead the definition of next-generation architecture patterns and reference architectures, driving consistency and modernization across the enterprise
Design and establish enterprise integration patterns that enable the shift from file-based to API and event-driven architectures, improving interoperability and reducing complexity
Architect and evolve a standardized integration framework that accelerates delivery, promotes reuse, and ensures scalable, secure connectivity across systems and teams
Ensure solution designs meet enterprise standards for scalability, resilience, security, and compliance while promoting simplification and reuse
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate integration needs into scalable, future-ready architectural solutions
Mentor and guide teams on integration best practices, patterns, and technologies to build capability and ensure consistent implementation
Continuously assess the integration and technology landscape to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and innovation that drive business value
Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, promoting architectural excellence and innovation across the organization

Required

Over 10 years of proven experience in architecture, with deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API design, and event-driven architecture
Strong background delivering scalable solution designs across complex enterprise environments
Skilled at guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional at translating complex technical concepts into clear business value and outcomes
Strong facilitator, experienced in leading collaborative design sessions and workshops with diverse stakeholders
Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, or similar technologies
Expertise in enterprise messaging systems (TIBCO EMS, RabbitMQ) and event streaming platforms (Kafka)
Proficient with API gateways and API security standards
Knowledge of enterprise file transfer solutions (Axway TransferCFT and related)
Experience integrating cloud services and platforms, particularly AWS data services (S3, Lambda, Glue)
Strong understanding of data integration patterns, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline architectures
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, including GxP, SOX, and data privacy
Bachelors required
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Masters preferred
Professional certifications in relevant technologies, cloud platforms, or architecture frameworks preferred
