Engineering Technician, Cathode Materials

Responsibilities

Support the planning and upcoming mechanical and electrical projects, coordinating with design engineering and maintenance engineering teams
Standardize Maintenance Check lists and PM formats (Flux)
Coordinate with maintenance staff, engineering design team and external vendors on maintenance activities
Develop and monitor schedules according to requirements and plans
Collaborate with maintenance and production team to plan activities for scheduled shutdowns
Coordinate with maintenance scheduler and operations specialists on project execution timelines

Required

Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
2 + years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience supporting the needs of vendors, internal maintenance and engineering team timelines, objectives and goals
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Root cause analysis and lean manufacturing processes
Ability to communicate clearly and interface with multiple engineering disciplines, vendors, craft experts, as well as executives
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
