Responsibilities

Lead the EAC (Estimate at Complete), Earned Value and Budget Change Requests (BCR) processes, as well as Budget Sign Up during program startup and Baseline activities as new scope is awarded

Mentor and develop other analysts within the team

Support approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems

Preparation and presenting of Earned Value (EV) financial data for Monthly Operating Reviews, Financial Reviews etc

Program control including understanding and interpreting monthly variance analysis, billing

Support program offset projects

Support ad hoc tasks & analysis as required

Provide meaningful business insight/analysis and will communicate effectively with all partners

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field & 8 years of relevant professional experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience

Experience with Program Finance and/or Earned Value (EV)

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and/or Word)

Experience with SAP accounting system, Standard Business Warehouse reports, Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite and/or similar reports
