The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverages on the golf course while ensuring high levels of service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards Develops relationships with member and guests
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position
Speaks to members and guests with enthusiasm at all times
Stocking and restocking of cart items
Abides by golf course rules and regulations
Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage cart
Communicates with Golf Shop and Outside Operations staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Ability to effectively operate computerized POS system and conduct credit card transactions
Assisting with special events as necessary
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Present a friendly, professional image
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Basic knowledge of golf course procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
Ability to operate golf carts
Ability to lift, carry, move, push and pull equipment or boxes up to 40lbs
Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time
Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, stairs, etc
Requires a background check upon offer
Requires a drug test upon offer
