Receptionist
Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of clients through personalized financial planning. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage the office calendar, including client appointments and internal meetings
Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients
Support advisors and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS mail deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen
Order and manage office supplies and refreshments
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or related
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization
Detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Business office procedures knowledge
Organized and able to prioritize work
Preferred
Previous receptionist / office experience preferred
CRM experience preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday a plus
