Responsibilities

Plan and motivate team to achieve forecasted sales goals
Handle challenges that arise in a retail environment including loss prevention, employee relations, and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Support the store as a member of the management team including: store opening/closing, cash management, safe funds, registers, deposits, armored car and change orders
Train, coach, motivate and develop excellence in staff of associates

Required

1 – 3 years retail management experience supervising 15 - 25 employees
Prior merchandising experience
Lift, push and pull items weighing up to 40lbs or with assistance over for over 40lbs
Willing to use a forklift
High School Graduate or equivalent
