Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations to assess needs
Pitch Evidenza’s value proposition and present tailored solutions
Manage and optimize the sales process from prospecting to close
Contribute ideas to improve sales, marketing, product, and operations
Perform outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business
Identify target prospects and key decision-makers
Qualification
Required
Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations to assess needs

Contribute ideas to improve sales, marketing, product, and operations
Perform outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business
Identify target prospects and key decision-makers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Charismatic, curious, and results-driven
Experience building scalable sales workflows and processes
Preferred
5–10 years' experience in ad sales or market research
Experience in sales at a venture-backed startup
Familiarity with Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead.ai, Outreach.io
Experience working with media companies and creative agencies
