Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall outbound email strategy to generate qualified leads and drive sales pipeline growth
Own the end-to-end list building process, identifying and sourcing high-potential target contacts across various verticals and maintaining list hygiene and segmentation
Design, write, and deploy engaging email sequences and new creatives (copy, subject lines, calls-to-action). Manage the effectiveness and testing (A/B testing, multivariate testing) of all creatives to continually improve open rates, click-through rates, and reply rates
Track, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine and optimize future campaigns
Ensure all outbound email activities adhere strictly to anti-spam laws and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Required

2+ years of direct past experience in an Outbound Email Strategy, Cold Email, or B2B Lead Generation role
A genuine enthusiasm for creativity and a proven ability to craft persuasive, personalized, and attention-grabbing email copy that resonates with target audiences
Proficiency with email sending platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, from list building through execution and reporting
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, BlueBirds, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
