They are seeking a passionate operations analyst to join their channel compliance team, responsible for ensuring compliance with distribution policies and collaborating with internal audit and distribution partners to drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities
Perform analysis to accurately tag situations where distributors are not in compliance with our distribution policy & procedure agreement. Provide detail to the distributors and work collaboratively find root cause and implement systems or process fixes
Review distributor POS, for accuracy and completion based on our agreed upon reporting requirements. Communicate variances with distributors and work together to figure out root cause and align with the channel operations team to ensure priority and resolution
Work closely with our Channel Operations group as well as our distribution partners to enact meaningful change in their processes
Partner with internal audit for distribution reviews. Walk through internal audit details and findings with our distributors and internal audit teams; Report out on findings
Qualification
Required
BS/BA required
Highly detail oriented and solutions driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Background using data to drive business decisions
Preferred
Background in data analytics preferred
Knowledge of Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools preferred
