People & Culture Generalist

Responsibilities

Respond to and manage employee relations issues; coach employees and managers on performance management and execution of performance improvement plans; build and foster an environment of trust
Create direction and partner with management to design and implement talent management plans that addresses organizational needs (succession planning, leadership & team development, etc.)
Develop, manage, and leverage key talent related reports to communicate progress on completion of key people processes, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities areas to drive organizational effectiveness
Ensure successful administration and implementation of key HR programs to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization while fostering employee engagement
Implement change management plans for the successful implementation of key organizational initiatives. Assist in the facilitation of organizational design and implement design solutions

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of Human Resources generalist experience

Preferred

HR experience supporting talent management, change management and culture
Evidence of personal initiative to drive toward results is critical
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate a sense of urgency, ability to take initiative, and can work independently
Strong facilitation, project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand, run and analyze data and reports
