They are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their weekend overnight team, responsible for providing nursing assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care for clients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions
Administer medications and provide medication education to clients
Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales
Coordinate with medical providers to support assessments and medication adjustments
Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and maintained
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
