Strategic Partnerships Associate
Sure is an insurance technology leader focused on transforming digital insurance transactions. The Strategic Partnerships Associate will be responsible for initiating outreach to enterprise clients and maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic relationship-building and creative prospecting.

Responsibilities
Drive outbound lead generation and prospecting through multi-channel outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and industry events
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value proposition and differentiate our solutions
Analyze prospect data, market trends, and marketing insights to identify high-value business opportunities and prioritize outreach efforts
Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads and referrals through strategic engagement and consultative discovery
Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to align on business strategy, understand prospect challenges, and manage pipeline health, forecasting, and performance metrics
Partner with the Marketing team to continuously refine messaging, optimize outreach tactics, and improve conversion rates
Contribute to the development of scalable processes and best practices as the Strategic Partnerships function grows
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or strategic partnerships with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Industry expertise in insurance, fintech, banking, payments, automotive, or adjacent verticals
Demonstrated success identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities that drive meaningful business impact
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage complex sales pipelines and track performance metrics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and build lasting relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Strong analytical abilities combined with strategic thinking—you're data-driven in approach but creative in execution
Self-motivated and resourceful with a collaborative team-player mentality
Genuine passion for developing a long-term career in strategic partnerships and enterprise sales
