Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager

The Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager will take ownership of NPI projects, manage daily factory processes, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project deliverables.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Take internal ownership of NPI projects/programs to align with customer milestones and plan
Set-up program elements; deploy engineering BOMs into the subassemblies required to build prototypes, test racks, and pre-production racks
Work with Supply Chain Managers to release work orders and own those work orders until they are completed by Engineering and/or Manufacturing
Manage daily factory/engineering processes to align daily activity to overall customer deliverables
Review Agile information; Initiate and Track Change Requests and Change Orders
Initiate Engineering Investigation and Change Orders; Track Tickets in JIRA and CloudSolv from Open through Resolution
Manage both external and internal logistics to support build, test, and shipment to customer site
Issue materials and track hardware required for program deliverables
Manage cross-functionally to expedite and optimize internal and B2B processes to best align with customer expectations
Communicate status to Customer, Sales, Field Sales Engineers, and Management
Works closely with peers and program stakeholders to risk mitigate and develop plans for customer success
Manages/aligns customer funding to project requirements
