Responsibilities

Actively assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by understanding their needs and guiding them through every step of the transaction process

Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively

Negotiate offers and counteroffers confidently to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, zoning laws, and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliant practices

Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, disclosures, and other legal documents in accordance with real estate law

Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active communication, and personalized support throughout the buying or selling journey

Coordinate property management activities when applicable, including scheduling inspections, appraisals, and coordinating with vendors or contractors

Stay organized by maintaining detailed records of transactions, client interactions, marketing efforts, and compliance documentation
