Responsibilities

Coordinating as part of the healthcare services group tax team on the review and filing of annual tax returns, including Forms; 1040, 1065; 1120; 1120-S
Working on various tax consulting special projects
Attending professional tax webinars and presentations to the healthcare industry
Working on day to day tax assistance to our healthcare industry clients
Supporting and coordinating with our healthcare group’s audit and consulting teams
Contributing to the continued development of staff and the growth of the firm’s healthcare niche practice

Qualification

CPA licenseTax consulting experienceLeadership skillsAnalytical skillsClient relationship managementProject management skillsCommunication skillsMentoring skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license, JD or a Masters of Science in Taxation
At least 5 years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
