Responsibilities

Develop and execute U.S. sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and pursue new customer accounts, partnerships, and channel opportunities across utilities, developers, EPCs, and Data Centers
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to guide decision-making
Collaborate with product, engineering, and project teams to deliver technically and commercially optimized solutions
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Serve as a senior strategic advisor for key commercial initiatives, supporting the broader sales organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in sales of power equipment, transformers, switchgear, or substation solutions
Proven success in utility-scale market sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong technical understanding of power systems, renewable energy and data center infrastructure
Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, global organization
Comfort operating with limited structure and evolving processes
Ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally
High adaptability, agility, and problem-solving skills
Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
THE CANDIDATE MUST ANYWHERE IN THE US AND WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 50%
