Responsibilities

Project management and governance
Integrated planning, budget/schedule monitoring, risk/issue/change tracking; stakeholder communications; reviews; configuration management; program reporting and governance
Deliver integrated master schedule monthly updates; Joint Control Board charter and meeting minutes with change approval records; program risk register with mitigation plans; issue/action item log; configuration management plan and audits; monthly program status reports; milestone reports; integrated program view; funding profile and cost/schedule control system baseline tasks and outputs
Schedule maintenance, interface tracking, and risk mitigation; operate in close sync with the US-based program manager and core team, and with European stakeholders (customer and suppliers); coordinate ConOps; define and maintain mission requirements document and segment requirements; lead supplier coordination (satellite, dispenser, ground, instruments)
Help deliver ConOps v1.0; operational scenarios and use cases; operations staffing and training requirements; nominal and contingency operations timelines; mission requirements document v1.0; mission requirements traceability matrix; mission success criteria document; performance budget allocation (mass, power, data, pointing)
Track mechanical/electrical interfaces, separation, environments, safety requirements for dispenser; align with launch vehicle user’s guide, environments, and satellite interfaces
Coordinate satellite development (reviews, interface closure, budget control) and finalize plan for ICDs/testing/readiness; coordinate instrument, dispenser, and ground station development efforts; witness acceptance testing for ground station services
Coordinate flight operations, data acquisition, and anomaly response; manage daily and weekly planning and status updates; maintain contingency response playbooks
Coordinate work authorization after scope, budget, schedule, and risks are baselined; apply predefined variance thresholds and escalation procedures; track actions centrally with closure verified during reviews; support independent internal reviews
Weekly reporting of critical path, risks/issues, build/test burndown, defect trends; monthly cost/schedule performance, risk posture, reserve status, staffing, major change decisions; milestone entrance/exit criteria compliance; coordinate the project-specific management plan at project kickoff
Serve as Oasis-1 contract focal point in the Blue Origin International SARL office; coordinate with partners, suppliers, and Blue Origin LLC; lead partnership efforts for Oasis campaign expansions
