The Senior Project Manager will lead complex federal and design build projects from initiation through successful delivery, serving as the primary client liaison and overseeing all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee strategic plans throughout the project lifecycle, establishing scope, goals, deliverables, and QA/QC protocols
Plan, track, and manage project timelines, milestones, and critical path activities
Draft budget proposals and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure financial success
Ensure quality standards are met and risks are proactively identified and mitigated
Lead and mentor project team members and contractors, fostering accountability and high performance
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines
Provide coaching and professional development to junior staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and executive presentations
Participate in client interviews and business development efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
10+ years of project management experience
Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
Ability to develop relationships with internal teams and external clients
Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through completion
Positive, collaborative attitude as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred

Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
Market-specific certifications
Background in mentoring junior professionals and coordinating across disciplines
