Analyzing, drafting, and negotiating complex IP and commercial agreements (e.g., licensing, collaboration, distribution, SaaS/Cloud, services, development agreements) in life sciences and/or related industries

Demonstrated experience advising on IP rights and related technology transactions matters, including in life sciences mergers and acquisitions

Juris Doctor

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based

Five to seven years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other complex agreements for life sciences companies

Demonstrated experience advising on IP rights and related technology transactions matters, including in life sciences mergers and acquisitions

Preferred

A background including life sciences legal experience, and/or a life sciences or medical degree or training
