SVP, CRM Services Growth Lead
Publicis Digital Experience is a division of Publicis Groupe focused on developing capabilities and solutions for client growth. The CRM Services Growth Lead will drive the adoption of CRM Strategy and Operations Managed Services for MarTech solutions, establish relationships with agency leadership, and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary CRM Services Growth Lead across Publicis Groupe agencies, partnering closely to strategize, develop & execute against sales opportunities for CRM solutions/offerings
Lead team of agency-aligned Services Growth Leads dedicated to selling strategy, analytics, marketing ops, and creative services across agencies and accounts
Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across CRM services growth targets
Lead CRM business development pursuits in collaboration with PDX agencies from initial cultivation through to contract signature
Establish and execute a pipeline strategy for achieving sales targets through the appropriate stages of the sales cycle
Cultivate a team-focused, collaborative mentality across support teams. Build and maintain strong relationships across Publicis, Epsilon and MarTech Partnership teams to ensure successful sales efforts and positive customer experience
Update key stakeholders within ConnectedCRM and the Groupe growth team on achievements versus goals
Identify and employ strategies to connect and cross-sell ConnectedCRM solutions to best serve clients
Identify relevant CRM Services industry trends and client needs to inform Groupe services priorities/roadmap
Qualification
Required
15+ years of data driven marketing services experience; 5+ years of media and CRM agency experience
Knowledge of Groupe products/processes/people desired, or if new, strong experience in this area from previous roles
Deep knowledge of the CRM Services and MarTech market landscape, and have the ability to develop narratives that connect media to owned experiences
Experience selling CRM Services across strategy, analytics, marketing operations and/or creative
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
B.A/B.S degree required
