Responsibilities

Strong, upbeat and positive personality

Warmly greet all guests as they walk in the door and thank them and wish them well as they leave

Upon arriving, the host should look through the day’s reservations and acknowledge / react to any special notes, ironing out plans to accommodate guest needs/celebrations

The ability to communicate with management and Chefs

Maintain proper phone etiquette, following established protocols

Keep an organized host stand, clean and tidy as necessary

Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail

Passion for food, beverage and hospitality

Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment

Team oriented mentality
