Responsibilities
Design and build secure, scalable applications in a fast-paced, agile environment
Create reliable, maintainable solutions that improve critical systems and make a measurable impact for our clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results that matter
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing software applications
Experience with C# and .NET, including Core or Framework, for frontend and backend development
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with web services
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or ASP.NET MVC
Experience working with SQL Server and NoSQL databases in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, software engineering best practices, and version control, including Git
Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
3+ years of experience developing enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies
Experience migrating or modernizing legacy .NET applications to cloud platforms
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, or Playwright
Experience with AI coding assistants and tools
Experience optimizing workflows through automation or API-driven solutions
Possession of excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in collaborative team settings
