Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including staging, equipment handling, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and parts distribution across assigned warehouse locations
Lead, train, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel while maintaining a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency
Assign daily workload, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous process and workflow improvements to support operational agility
Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning warehouse environment that supports high volume movement of serialized equipment
Manage serialized inventory, ensuring accurate receiving, documentation, bin assignments, and all serialized equipment transactions within e-automate and DocRecords
Oversee staging and coordination with production/setup teams to ensure equipment is correctly configured and ready for delivery
Validate delivery documentation to support accurate billing, revenue recognition, and month-end requirements
Lead cycle counts, research variances, conduct full physical inventory, and ensure compliance with inventory accuracy standards
Manage bin structures, replenishment workflows, receiving accuracy, and loss-prevention processes for high-value items and serialized assets
Process returns, defects, RTVs, write-offs, and damage reporting on a scheduled basis
Plan and manage outbound logistics, including freight coordination, delivery staging, demos, swaps, loaners, and lease returns
Allocate staffing and resources to meet daily operational needs and deadlines for equipment and parts movement
Serve as a key partner to sales, procurement, service management, and scheduling teams to ensure equipment and parts availability aligns with customer and operational needs
Support same-day or urgent parts fulfillment to aid the service organization
Maintain accurate reporting, including inventory metrics, cycle count summaries, receiving discrepancies, month-end reconciliation, and operational KPIs
Lead warehouse safety initiatives, including audits, training, ergonomics planning, and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Monitor and report performance metrics, ensuring strong accuracy, on-time fulfillment, efficiency, and safety performance

Required

Minimum 5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution management experience required
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory best practices, serialized inventory management, and standard warehousing SOPs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold warehouse teams accountable
Analytical mindset with proven ability to investigate inventory variances and resolve operational discrepancies
Proficiency with MS Office, ERP platforms, barcode scanning systems, and common shipping tools (UPS/FedEx/freight portals)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational demands
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely maneuver equipment using pallet jacks, lifts, and other material-handling tools
Forklift Certification required

Preferred

Experience with e-automate (receiving, transfers, serialized records, bin management, cycle counts) strongly preferred
Proficiency with documentation and validation systems such as DocRecords or similar platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations preferred
Preferred certifications include APICS CPIM, CLTD, CSCP and/or OSHA 10/30 or OSHA Warehousing & Storage certifications
Prior experience in a copier dealership environment (Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Canon, Kyocera, Toshiba, Sharp, etc.) is a strong plus
