Assist members with general account inquiries
Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members
Basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing
Basic understanding of all products and services available for members
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish languages preferred
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Basic knowledge in math
Capability of handling themselves in stressful situations
Attention to detail

Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales preferred
