Facilities Systems Technician (Master Plumber)

Responsibilities

Receives pre-assigned or demand facility maintenance work orders
Uses advanced knowledge and experience to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including but not limited to: water service lines, domestic water distribution piping, water heaters, valves, regulators, back flow devices, fixtures, gas lines and compressed air lines
And/or: uses advance knowledge and experience to perform installation, maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems including but not limited to: air conditioning, heating, ventilation, evaporative coolers, compressed air systems, dust collectors, refrigeration, pumps, motors, piping, bearings, shaft alignment, ice makers
Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member
Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

6+ years' experience
Oklahoma Construction Industries Board contractor plumbing and/or unlimited HVACR license required
Proficient in design-build of plumbing and /or mechanical systems
Proficient in LOTO procedure
OSHA 510 or 511 required
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Must have basic computer and technological skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, scissor lifts, hand trucks, pipe threader, and sewer auger
Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR
Must pass background check and drug screen
High School Diploma or equivalent required
