Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment according to factory requirements and established schedules

Execute maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts to maintain equipment performance per factory recommendations

Document all maintenance activities accurately, including dates, tasks performed, parts used, and observations

Support inventory management by monitoring and replenishing spare parts and supplies used to minimize downtime

Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant work environment

Qualification

Required

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Demonstrate proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills

Showcase basic mechanical aptitude, demonstrated through performance or certifications

Use standard hand tools safely and effectively

Preferred

Display attention to detail when inspecting and maintaining equipment

Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Adapt to changing work conditions and demonstrate a willingness to learn

At least 1 year of experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing or similar environment
