Technical Support Engineer (Electronics, IT)

The role of Technical Support Engineer involves providing technical assistance to customers and distributors, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities
Providing phone and email support to customers and distributors in resolving technical issues
Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software-related problems
Logging, classifying, and managing incoming support requests
Offering internal support to engineers and specialists
Collaborating with the Sales and R&D departments
Delivering training sessions and workshops for clients
Qualification
Required
Good command of both English and Polish (must-have)
Interest in IT, telecommunications, electronics, automation, and new technologies
Strong analytical skills in identifying and resolving issues
Ethical, trustworthy, and customer-oriented attitude
Creativity, professionalism, and ability to work effectively in a team
Willingness to continuously develop and improve skills
Good organizational skills
Accuracy, reliability, and result orientation
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Technical education background
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Experience in the security systems industry is an asset
